This hotel is nice, has nice employees from the NEW and obviously inexperienced general manager especially. The breakfast was nice, the check in was quick. We were in a hurry and didn't try the pool, but it was heated. The location for Rome was good and marvellous, so close to Berry College and the food area. It also was on the hill.

I stayed at Comfort Suites for my daughter's soccer tournament. The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly. Check-in was smooth and they even made adding another night a great experience. Our room on the 1st floor was spacious, comfy, and clean. Being near the pool was a plus for the kids. The pool was clean and a great source of burning energy. The breakfast was always fresh with a lot of great options. It was a quiet and amazing experience.

Overall it was an awesome stay on vacation. The location couldn't be more favourable and marvellous in the middle of jackson. Besides, it was next to the food area as well as the hill.
